Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made up to 15 days prior to the course date: A full refund will be issued.
Cancellation made 6-14 days prior to the course date: Participant will be charged a $75 cancellation fee for ServSafe and $25 for NRFSP.
Cancellation made less than 6 days prior to the course date: Participants will be charged the full amount of the course. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this time.
This is a pre-registration form and does not ensure placement into this course unless credit card information or check is enclosed. Payment in advance must be received in order to reserve your place in any course. Pre-registration is mandatory and registration fees will not be collected on the day of the course.
