ServSafe® Training

One-Day Class:  The One-day class is conducted in a combined one-day in class plus home book study format.  Length of entire course is 15 hours.  This includes 7.5 hours of self/home study prior to each one-day seminar.  All course applicants will be asked to certify that they have participated in the required home study prior to taking the course.  Class size is limited at 25 applicants and registration deadline is two weeks prior to each class date.

On-line Option:  The online service class with an in-class testing exam.  The online course length is approximately 8-10 hours.  All course applicants will be asked to verify that they have completed the online course by bringing their printed certificate of completion to the testing facility.  Testing will not be permitted without the certificate of completion.  The online class offers the same comprehensive program you have come to expect from ServSafe Manager Certification Program in an interactive learning environment.

National Registry of Food Safety Professionals

Two-Day Class:  The Two-day classroom seminar is conducted as two 7.5 hour days with the exam administered at the end of the second class.  There will be no course books available prior to the classroom seminar.  If you wish to purchase a Certified Food Safety Managers book, you may do so the day of class.  Class size is limited at 35 applicants and registration deadline is two weeks prior to each class date.

Non-certified Group Training

The 7.5-hour class will be a complete overview of the 15 hour course with no text book or exam administered.  This class may be combined with applicants taking the ServSafe One-day class and other applicants not requiring the certification.  This is a great opportunity to have the entire staff trained at the same time.  Class size is unlimited.

The 4-hour class will be a review only of all the major key points to food safety protection.  Class size is unlimited.
